A studio shoot with Tracy James, built around one simple idea: strong colour blocking and nothing subtle about it. Tracy sent over inspiration leaning hard into bold sets, and we landed on two pairings that had no business working as well as they did, red and blue, yellow and purple, proper contrast with nowhere to hide.

Nikki Dillon modelled for the day, gorgeous as ever, and gave me two totally different characters to play with. For red and blue, I went tailored, clean lines, sharp shapes, letting a pair of sunglasses do the talking and giving Nikki the space to properly perform in it. For yellow and purple, we flipped it entirely, princess energy, gloves matched precisely to tights, and a big gorgeous dress to tie it all in.

Coloured tights tied both looks together and did a lot of the heavy lifting, honestly, they're such an underrated way to make a look feel finished and a bit unexpected at the same time. The whole point was colour that actually pops rather than colour that just exists in a shot, and I think we nailed it.
